Stat/Transfer Offline Deactivation

If you have lost access to a computer, you can use this form to deactivate Stat/Transfer on that computer.
It is limited to one use per activation code.

To use this form, you need to know your activation code, computer name, and password. If you don’t know
them, you can get your email and computer names at   https://stattransfer.com/support/activation/

Once you submit this form, it will be submitted to Circle Systems for approval. This can take up to 24 hours.
We will send confirmation to the email address used at activation.
